Ristorante Portofino in Neuruppin

Very pleasant, we were there to pick up pizza and we were served very nicely. The pizza is above average in my opinion.

Very tasty, very friendly, nice and modern furnishings and a suitable price-performance ratio.

Ate in the restaurant in October 2020. Everything fit. Pasta & pizza were excellent. The wine and the service too. I can only recommend the Ristorante Portofino. It's a little hidden, but well worth finding.

Are not convinced. If you are also very friendly. Service good but generally without a mask on the guest. When it comes to dishes, you should pay more attention to quality than quantity.

The best food you can ever imagine eating just heavenly with the or the lake. The condition is just perfect, you noticed how much heart these people put into their work. RECOMMENDED THE BEST ITALENESCHIS RESTERAUNT IN THE WORLD???

A super, noble, Italian restaurant with very tasty dishes with a great price-performance ratio and very nice service. We'll definitely come back when we're on this corner.

The food was pretty good so far. There are 5 stars for the super great service. I went to eat with a friend on September 17, 2020 and was looked after by this young condition. It's a shame that I don't know the name but for the boss of the house. You have a young waitress with a tattoo on her collarbone. Brief information, this woman is awesome.

Delicious! There is of course pizza and pasta, but also a daily menu with unusual special dishes (e.g. beetroot gnocchi). Everyone will find something!

We were there from the apartment on vacation. A very good Italian. With very good Italian food. The ambience is great, at the lake. Since the restaurant is in the residential area, we would have to look for the entrance from the street. Otherwise everything as you wish. Above all, the excellent service.

We have been here several times. We think the service has deteriorated. The attentiveness of the wait staff is no longer as it was known from Italian restaurants in general and here too. No menagerie on the table. No coasters to cover the glasses because of the wasps. The waiter noticed the wind blown the napkin but did not bring a replacement. The request for grated cheese was only grudgingly fulfilled after several inquiries. The food was then no longer warm enough. The taste of the food was good, but the espresso e.c.t. there wasn't either. Next time we'll go somewhere else.

The location is great and so is the view. Unfortunately, the green area / boundary is very neglected, there are scraps of paper in it, plants partially dried up. Ordered a cold beer at the temperatures, unfortunately it wasn't mine. When asked, I was informed that supposedly a new barrel is on it. On the way to the toilet I saw that beer glasses were already half full ...

Four of them wanted to take a seat on the terrace for Corona reasons to eat. We were rudely denied this, as the weather meant that they would not serve outside. However, the sun was shining and two tables were occupied outside. One had the impression that it was actually inconvenient because the whole workforce was eating together. It is astonishing that you miss out on income of around € 100, there seems to be no direct competitive pressure. The location right on the lake is very nice. We were then enthusiastic about the Klostergarten restaurant. It's a shame, we would have liked to see the quality of the food for ourselves.

We will definitely not visit this restaurant again. My son-in-law had ordered a table there for today. We arrived there punctually at 7 p.m. and were seated. But that was it. We sat with seven people and waited for a service., "Coming soon," we were told after 20 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting we got up and left. No question about it, there was certainly a lot to do, but tables that were occupied after us were served, so you shouldn't deal with guests that way.

Nice restaurant with possibility to sit outside. Had pizza and was delicious. Only problem that they did not accepted standard bank card

Good tasty food, very friendly service, great view of the lake. For the price, however, really little on the plate (women may disagree.) Suggestion: eat a sandwich beforehand!

The restaurant was one of the best I have visited recently. Very good service, short waiting times and delicious food. A tip on my part: make a reservation beforehand to get a place indoors. Since it was very crowded, we had to eat outside, which does not detract from the rating :)

On recommendation we visited the restaurant and our high expectations were absolutely exceeded. We were very impressed by the excellent Italian food in a nice atmosphere right on the water. I would particularly like to emphasize the nice and courteous service that we found very pleasant. It won't be the last time at Portofino. ?

Good despite form weakness. The Portofino is a modern upscale restaurant. Especially attractive in summer because of its good location on the lake. But even on a rainy November evening, it offers a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. We especially liked the attentive and nice service. The food is very nicely presented and good products are used. Unfortunately on our plates the vegetables were cold and the really well-roasted meat was lukewarm. It was completely sober. Actually, I wanted to award three stars, but the service has really responded to our criticism professionally. I hope it was just a form weakness, would be a pity for such a nice restaurant.

It was extremes wonderful....thoughts it's not easy to find....

Delicious food! We ate from their special menu and were positively surprised of good it was. Real italian with fresh flavours. The staff is wonderful, attentive and quick. Can only recommend!!
